What happens if I book the wrong service? If the wrong service is booked, there will be an additional $20 charge at the time of service. Ensure you review your booking carefully or reach out for guidance to avoid extra fees. Add-ons cannot be booked alone—they must accompany a primary service.

Can I reschedule my appointment? Yes, you may reschedule your appointment by signing into your account and editing your session. Your deposit will transfer to the new date. However, if you reschedule more than once, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded.

What’s the policy for late arrivals? A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and the full price of the service will be charged. This policy helps avoid scheduling conflicts and ensures fairness to all clients.

Are deposits refundable? No, all deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule improperly, you must pay another deposit to book a new appointment.

Do I need to bring my own hair for services? Yes, clients must bring their own hair extensions or materials to achieve the desired look. Hair is not provided by the salon.
